Sales representatives use these rankings to prioritize outreach toward facilities with the strongest clinical or operational signals for their product category.

## How ICP Scoring Works

Each ICP model is built around a specific product category (e.g., wound care supplies, fall prevention devices, infection control products). The model identifies CMS data signals that correlate with clinical need for that category — such as pressure ulcer rates for wound care, or fall-with-injury rates for fall prevention. Facilities are scored on a composite of these signals and ranked nationally and by state. There are 150+ distinct ICP models spanning SNFs, home health agencies, hospice providers, and LTACHs.
